There has been a significant ruling in the healthcare reform battle. Is the Patient Protection and Accountability Act unconstitutional? According to Federal Judge Roger Vinson, it is. An excerpt from his ruling states, “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void.”
