Vermont To Put In Single Payer Health Care System May 31, 2011

Florida Stops Implementing PPACA February 3, 2011

There are new developments in the implementation of the PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) or Healthcare Reform in Florida as a result of the federal ruling stating that the law is unconstitutional. Florida’s insurance commissioner has basically shut down all efforts to institute the PPACA.

Federal District Court in Maryland dismisses E-Verify Suit August 31, 2009

A Federal Judge in Maryland dismissed the suit brought by the US Chambers of Commerce. Employers will now have to start using E-Verify September 8th.
